All day I helped create the skirting board. We measured the length of the skirting boards to fit around the edges of the room and helped Adam cut the boards with a Jigsaw. We also worked out how the skirting would meet at the corners so we removed 18mm from some pieces to overlap in the corners of the room. Before each piece was cut we labelled it with the same figure as the flat it would be attached to.
